The TAI
experience.

A quiet clinic, an unhurried process, and a protocol written for you. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you book through ongoing care.

01I
Week 0

The inquiry.

Everything begins with a conversation. You request a consultation through our contact form, a phone call, or email. Within one business day, you'll hear back from a member of our team.

We'll confirm your goals, answer initial questions, send you a secure intake form, and schedule your first visit. No pressure, no packages, no upsell scripts.

  • Comprehensive intake questionnaire (medical history, symptoms, goals)
  • Pre-consultation lab order—sent directly to your phone
  • Clear, transparent pricing for your first visit
02II
Week 1–2

The bloodwork.

Before your first visit, we draw your comprehensive biomarker panel—over 90 markers covering every system we treat. The draw takes fifteen minutes. The interpretation takes us considerably longer.

By the time you walk into your intake appointment, your nurse practitioner has reviewed your labs, flagged patterns, cross-referenced symptoms, and sketched the outline of what we'll discuss.

  • Metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, thyroid, and nutrient panels
  • Advanced markers: ApoB, Lp(a), hsCRP, IGF-1, RBC magnesium, and more
  • Results available in your patient portal before your visit

03III
The Intake

The seventy-five minutes.

Your first in-person visit is seventy-five minutes. Minimum. No one interrupts us. No one's rushing us. This is the appointment every other doctor's visit in your life has probably failed to be.

We walk through your labs marker by marker. We translate what each one says about your biology. We talk about your sleep, your energy, your workouts, your stress, the parts of your life that don't fit on an intake form. Then we design the first draft of your protocol together.

  • Full biomarker review with clear, jargon-free explanations
  • Body composition and functional assessment as indicated
  • Goal-setting conversation—what you actually want to feel like
  • Initial protocol draft, with alternatives and timelines
04IV
Month 1–3

The protocol.

Your protocol begins. Hormones, peptides, IV therapy, aesthetic work, regenerative injections—whatever combination your biology and your goals called for. Each piece is tracked, each dose documented, each side effect heard.

During the first 90 days we're in close contact: monthly check-ins, symptom questionnaires, and an open line to your nurse practitioner for anything that comes up between visits.

  • Structured monthly follow-ups with symptom tracking
  • Direct-message access to your clinical team
  • Adjustments made in real time, not at the next quarterly visit
05V
Ongoing

The continuum.

Longevity medicine is not a sprint. We retest biomarkers at clinically meaningful intervals—usually every 8–12 weeks early, then stretching to quarterly or semi-annually as things stabilize.

Your protocol evolves as your biology does. Things that worked last year may not serve you this year. Things you didn't need before may become the exact lever you need now. We change what needs changing. We hold what's working.

  • Quarterly to semi-annual lab recalibration
  • Seasonal protocol reviews
  • Direct, honest updates on what the data is actually showing

Before you begin.

Do you take insurance?
Longevity and regenerative medicine are almost universally outside of insurance coverage—true preventive care usually is. We are a cash-pay practice with transparent, published pricing and can provide superbills for HSA/FSA reimbursement where applicable. Many patients find the total annual cost is comparable to what they were already spending on scattered specialists, supplements, and gym memberships.
How much does it cost to get started?
Pricing varies based on the specific tests and services included in your initial workup. We share complete pricing transparently during your inquiry—no hidden fees, no aggressive packages, no surprises. We also offer several membership tiers (DPC, HRT, and an all-inclusive option) that make ongoing care more predictable and accessible.
I've tried hormone therapy before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
Most hormone therapy fails for one of three reasons: wrong dose, wrong form, or incomplete biomarker context. We measure total, free, and bioavailable testosterone, SHBG, and the key ratios—then match bioidentical dosing to your actual biology rather than a formulary. We also retest early and often, which most clinics don't.
Are stem cell and exosome treatments safe?
The regenerative therapies we offer come from vetted, ethically sourced suppliers that meet high standards for safety and quality. We discuss risks, benefits, and evidence honestly during consultation—and we only recommend regenerative approaches when we believe they genuinely fit your situation. If a surgical referral is the right answer, we'll tell you that too.
What if I only want aesthetics—no hormones, no bloodwork?
Absolutely. Aesthetic services can be booked as standalone appointments. That said, our approach even to cosmetic injectables is informed by your overall health, and many patients find that what starts as a filler appointment evolves into a broader conversation. No pressure either direction.
How long until I feel different?
Honest answer: it depends on what we're treating. Some patients feel significant shifts within two to four weeks (energy, sleep, mental clarity). Deeper changes—body composition, joint recovery, biomarker normalization—usually take 3–6 months. We track carefully so you can see progress even before you feel it.
